My experience was a little different and a lot more educational. The Purchase I found a pallet listed on Liquidation.com for $380, described as “customer returns, mixed footwear, Grade B condition.” Around 120 pairs. I figured worst case I’d break even. Another 30% needed minor cleaning or had small defects I could disclose honestly. The remaining 30%? Mismatched pairs, heavy damage, or sizes so obscure they’ll sit forever.
